This product is authorized only for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of medical devices, including alternative products used as medical devices, during the COVID-19 outbreak, under section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. Section 360bbb-3(b)(1) unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner. Medium weight, 1-ply fabric is comfortable, washable and breathable. Crafted in moisture-wicking fabric, the UltraFuse Face Mask fits comfortably and securely over your nose and mouth. The elastic ear loops make for an easy and adjustable fit.
UltraFuse® is an innovative dye sublimation technique that uses heat to infuse vibrant, high-quality designs directly into the fabric. During the dye sublimation process, minimal inconsistencies can occur from print to print, such as white wrinkles and unintentional color shadowing. These inconsistencies are common and can occur around the following areas of the garment: along the seams, collar, and/or around the armpit area. Due to the known and expected factors during the sublimation process, refunds, returns, and discounts will not be accepted. Champion Teamwear will utilize the best thread color option during production to accommodate the product and colors chosen by the customer.

Due to the intended use of the product and for the safety of our customers and employees, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for face masks once the order has invoiced.
