How To Find Your Measurements Tips for an Accurate Fit Wear lightweight clothing Use a flexible measureing tape Have one person measure everyone for more accurate results 1. Chest: Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest, wrap around your body until your finger tips meet and make the measurement. 2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline where your hips start. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow a little give. 3. Hips: With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips to ensure you'll have enough room to move comfortably. 4. Inseam: Place the tape on the crotch seam and measure to the hem (the inseam represents the measurement of the actual garment, not the body). *Inseam lengths vary by product — visit the product page online or ask a Champion Teamwear representative to verify the inseam lengths of a specific product.
